Let Us Promote Your Wellness-Minded Experience

'WINTER OF WELLNESS' PROMOTION STARTS IN JANUARY: SIGN UP NOW TO PARTICIPATE!

Explore Asheville is prioritizing wellness and self-care for our community and visitors by promoting special offers on revitalizing spa and wellness experiences this winter season. We are seeking to showcase partners that offer wellness-minded experiences with our promotion, “Winter of Wellness.”

A combination of advertising, paid influencers, organic and boosted social media, ExploreAsheville.com stories, web pop-ups and fly-ins along with the possibility of PR-driven editorial coverage will support this effort.

The promotion begins in January 2022 and runs through March. The deadline to participate is January 3, so act now!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN WINTER OF WELLNESS?

The following are criteria for participating in this promotion:

• WELLNESS-CENTERED EXPERIENCE: Participants must offer an experience that is wellness-centered. Examples: Spa treatments, yoga, skincare, recreational experiences. Must be an experience, not a product offering.
  
  
• STAND-ALONE OR PACKAGED: Experiences can be stand-alone or packaged with Buncombe County lodging partners listed on ExploreAsheville.com.
  
  
• DISCOUNTED OR ADDED VALUE: The treatment/experience must be discounted 25% OR include 25% added-value to the treatment/experience.
  
  
• ACTIVE DATES: Offer must be active January through March 2022.
  
  
• POSTED WITH PRICING: Offer must be posted on your website and include pricing.

Note: For accommodation partners, this will likely require collaborating with a spa or wellness provider that combines an overnight stay with an experience. For inspiration and ideas of wellness partners for possible collaboration, see Explore Asheville's Spa and Wellness providers here.

HOW TO SUBMIT OFFERS FOR THIS PROMOTION

STEP 1: UPLOAD YOUR OFFER via the Extranet:

• Login here.
  
• Navigate to Collateral > Special Offers > Create an Offer.
  
• Ensure redeem dates span the entire winter season (January – March 2022).
  
• Choose the "Winter of Wellness" category.
• Deadline to submit is January 3, 2022.
