Our mission is to provide unforgettable experiences to photographers in the Blue Ridge Mountains and beyond. We offer memorable experiences at stunning locations in the mountains near Asheville – teaching you how to create images that you’re passionate about. We provide you with hands-on workshop-style photography lessons ranging from total beginner to advanced levels, covering technical know-how and artistic styles. Our guides are very knowledgeable about the area and will find the perfect spot in the Blue Ridge Mountains to give you the best opportunity to capture an incredible image. We know when and where to take people for each season – winter snow and ice, spring blooms, summer grandeur, and fall color. Our award-winning photographers can help you learn to take better shots of a waterfall or a sunset. We’ll work directly with you to pick a trip that’s right for you, based on the season, your fitness level, and scene preference!

What to learn how to photography the night sky? Join us for a three-day Astrophotography Workshop in Moab, UT! The night skies under Moab are just magical and we want to share them with you! This is another off-the-beaten-path adventure with WNC Photo Tours, taking you to remote, beautiful places in 4×4 vehicles. We’ll learn how to properly photograph the night sky and probably chase a couple of sunsets!
