Attention Partners: Participate in Explore Asheville’s 2022 Winter Promotion – Here’s How

Explore Asheville is prioritizing wellness and self-care for our community and visitors by promoting special offers on revitalizing spa and wellness experiences this winter season. We are seeking to showcase partners that offer wellness-minded experiences with our promotion, “Asheville’s Winter Refresh.”

A combination of advertising, paid influencers, organic and boosted social media, ExploreAsheville.com stories, web pop-ups and fly-ins along with the possibility of PR-driven editorial coverage will support this effort.

Criteria for participating in 2022 ‘Asheville’s Winter Refresh’
    • The experience must be wellness-centered (i.e. spa treatment, yoga, skincare, recreational experiences either stand-alone or packaged with Buncombe County lodging partners with a listing on ExploreAsheville.com).
    • It must be an experience, not a product offering.
    • The treatment/experience must be discounted 25% OR include 25% added value to the treatment/experience.
      Note: For accommodation partners, this will likely require collaborating with a spa or wellness provider that combines an overnight stay with an experience. For inspiration and ideas of wellness partners for possible collaboration, see Explore Asheville’s Spa and Wellness providers here.
    • Offer must be active January – March 2022.
    • Offer must be posted on your website and include pricing.

The deadline to submit has been extended to January 14, 2022. Contact PartnerSupport@ExploreAsheville.com with questions.

NOTE: If the offer does not meet these criteria, it may be approved for display on ExploreAsheville.com platform as standard process, but will not be included in this specific “Asheville’s Winter Refresh” marketing initiative.

How to submit your offer
  1. Upload your offer via the Extranet:
    • Login here.
    • Navigate to Collateral > Special Offers > Create an Offer.
    • Ensure redeem dates span the entire winter season (January – March 2022)
    • Choose the “Winter of Wellness” category.
    • Deadline to submit has been extended to January 14, 2022. Contact PartnerSupport@ExploreAsheville.com with questions.
